The Box

Can I customize my box?

Yes! Please reach out at happycollegebox@gmail.com and we would be more than happy to discuss a customized box for your loved one.

Can I make changes to an order once it has been placed?

At this time, order changes are unable to be provided. We try our hardest to minimize our turnaround time and as such, if you would like any changes made, please reach out regarding a customized box prior to placing an order.

What is your turnaround time?

We know the importance of getting a care package out on time to brighten your loved ones day. As such, our typical turnaround time from ordering your package to us dropping it off at the postal service is 2 business days!

Do you offer care packages catered toward guys?

Yes! Please leave us a message in the comments section of your order and we will switch out some of the items to cater more towards college guys.

How long does the subscription box last?

Our subscription box service is a semesterly box. Your college student will be sent a box the first week of the month for the months of the semester.

For Fall Semester: September (Fall Box), October (Halloween Box), November (Thanksgiving), End of November (Finals Box)

For Spring Semester: February (Valentine’s Box), March (St. Patrick’s Box), April (Spring Box), end of April (Finals Box)

Shipping

What shipping do you offer?

We offer standard postal service shipping for our packages. If you are looking for your package to arrive by a specific date, you may opt to pay for prioritized shipping for a quicker delivery timeframe. Our best recommendation would be to order your box for your loved one 5-7 days prior to when you would like them to receive the care package.

Will my box arrive in time for the holiday?

We can not guarantee that your box will arrive in time for the specific holiday you are ordering the box for. While we try our best to ensure delivery in a timely manner, we can not promise anything. Our best recommendation would be to order your box for your loved one 5-7 days prior to when you would like them to receive the care package.

I have a question, how quickly should I expect an answer?

We will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours of your message during business days!

Returns/Refunds

What do I do if I didn't receive my order?

Please give your care package a few days after delivery to ensure that there was no delay with postal services. If you have sent your box to a college student, please ensure they have checked with their mailroom. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at happycollegebox@gmail.com and we would be more than happy to look into the issue and see what can be done to resolve it for you!

What is your return policy?

Due to the customized nature of the product, all sales at Happy College Box are final.
